We will meet you at the Chongmek Lao/Thai border or at Pakse airport. We will begin our tour by boat, heading to Champasak, visiting the Oum Mong on the Mekong River. Then, we will drive to see the ruins at Wat Phu, the pre-Angkhor UNESCO site. We will then return back to town.
We will cross the Mekong River and drive south to the Don Khong Islands, stopping along the way in Khiet Ngong to ride elephants.
We will go by boat to Ban Khone, visiting a fishing village at Don Dhet. We will walk to visit the old French port, a locomotive, and then the Leephee Waterfalls. Onwards we travel by boat to Ban Phiengdi, before driving back Muang Khong.
We will drive to Khon Phapheng, the largest waterfall in south-east Asia. Then, we head to Tadlo through the Bolaven Plateau, with stops along the way to visit the local village of Ban Houey, Houn Katou tribe, Thateng for Nge and Alak tribes.
We will visit tea and Lao coffee plantations in Paksong as well as the Tadfane waterfalls before heading back to Pakse.
We will transport you to the Lao/Thai border at Chongmke or the Pakse International Airport for your departure.
